MineScape 2021 contains over 750 new enhancements including a ribbon menu system, Rapid CAD functionality, mesh files, metadata functions, image file features, data slicing features, point cloud functionality and more. The MineScape for Engineering Open Cut app has been completely reworked with easy-to-use mining solid construction, a Rapid topography update, and a smart bench blocks generation tool. MineScape GDB now supports SQL Server and Oracle database.

The MineScape 2021 Stratmodel Basic course aims to teach participants how to generate a geological model based and estimate resource on a stratigraphic deposit and introduce the new features available in MineScape 2021 Stratmodel, which includes:
